By gently gliding the tip of the acupuncture pen on the skin, a sensation is generated in the targeted organ area if it's requiring a treatment. Initial irregular muscle twitches indicate an imbalance in the corresponding area.
The laser function of the acupuncture pen allows for precise targeting, such as directing the pen into the nostril to address both cold symptoms and ear issues. When using the acupuncture pen, the point should be stimulated for 30 seconds to three minutes, promoting balanced nerve function and reducing pain in the specific area.

During diagnoses or treatments, it is necessary to hold the metal handle of the acupuncture pen with one hand, while the other hand should remain in contact with the skin surface. When conducting treatment through body points, it is advisable to apply a water-based lotion to lubricate the skin beforehand. The pulse strength should typically range between 1 and 3, and the suitability of this strength can be assessed at the control point. If the strength is appropriate, it will not be felt at the control point. In total, the acupuncture pen offers six different strength levels.
